The programme is open. Write to us at contact@squena.com : we send you your code the same day. Everything else happens on the referral page, where a button writes the message for you. You share squena.com/?ref=TONCODE — nothing to install, nothing to create, and the person you refer has no extra form to fill in. The link stays attached to them for 60 days, even if they come back three weeks later through a Google search. The payment lands on their first subscription.
Pricing questions
What happens when my first event is over?
Nothing abrupt. Your workspace stays open, your database stays readable and exportable. You move to Pro the day you want to run a second event in parallel, or duplicate an edition.
What is a Clara credit?
One request. Finding a supplier in your database, building an event from a sentence, drafting three quote requests: one credit each time. Reading your records, your budgets or your documents costs nothing. Thirty credits comfortably cover a first event.
Is the price per person or per organisation?
Both. Pro includes three people, then each extra person costs $32 per month — so there, yes, per seat. Agency includes twenty people and the amount does not move within that. From nineteen people on, Agency costs less than Pro.
Monthly or yearly: what does it change?
The price, and nothing else. Yearly, a month and a half is free: $567 for Pro, $5,670 for Agency, and $336 per extra person. No feature is reserved for the yearly plan, and there is no lifetime purchase: a tool we keep developing is a tool we keep being paid for.
Can I change plan along the way?
Yes, both ways and from your workspace. You move up in peak season, you come back down in January. The change is immediate and billed pro rata — no call, no form.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes, at any time and with no conditions, including on the free plan. Suppliers, events, budgets and documents export in formats any spreadsheet can read. Your database is years of work; it does not belong to us.
Is there a commitment?
No. It is monthly, cancellable in one click from your workspace, with no call to make. If you only produce one big event a year, you can pay only for the months you use it.
There are two of you. What happens to my workspace if you stop?
A fair question, and we would rather answer it. We commit to giving three months' notice and to leaving export open until the end. That is also why nothing is locked in a proprietary format.
