What is Squena?

Squena is the modular workspace for event organisers: suppliers, events, team and documents in one place, with Clara to file, estimate and follow up.

Does Squena replace my ticketing or my accounting?

No. Squena handles production: suppliers, quotes, contracts, team and budget. Your ticketing and accounting tools stay where they are.

How does it work in practice?

You describe your event, you turn on the modules you need, and your workspace builds itself. Your supplier database fills up edition after edition, and is reused in two clicks.

Is this yet another dashboard?

No: a dashboard tells you about the edition that is over. Here every piece of information is tied to an action — approve a quote, follow up a supplier, duplicate an edition.

Can Clara be trusted?

Clara proposes, you decide. Every action is limited by your role, logged, and readable before it runs. She only sees your organisation's data, and nothing is sent without your explicit approval.

Does it suit a small team?

Yes. That is what the modules are for: a two-person production team turns on Suppliers and Budget only, a team of twenty opens everything else. The same workspace takes an 80-person evening and an 8,000-person festival.

What does it cost?

Your supplier database is free, unlimited and forever, with one active event and two people. Beyond that, two tiers that open exactly the same features: Pro at $54 per month for three people, then $32 per extra person; Agency at $540 for twenty. A month and a half free on the yearly plan. From nineteen people on, Agency costs less — and it is the price that tells you, not a cap that blocks you.

What if I want to leave?
